Dr Anna Mullins

Dr Anna Mullins loves being a GP. Anna offers a full range of general practice services and enjoys caring for patients of all ages.
Anna completed her medical training at the University of Queensland graduating with First Class Honours and the General Practice Award. She has spent time working in Far North Queensland, the Darling Downs and on the Gold Coast.
Prior to GP training Anna worked as a medical registrar and developed an interest in managing chronic disease. Her special interests include cardiovascular medicine, diabetes and infectious disease.
Anna enjoys all aspects of women’s health especially preconception, antenatal and postnatal care. She is accredited with the Mater Mothers Hospital to provide shared antenatal care. She also holds a certificate in Sexual Health and Family Planning.
Anna enjoys pediatrics and especially caring for children in the first 5 years of life.
Anna has a degree in Exercise Science and has completed a Fellowship in Lifestyle Medicine. She is very passionate about preventative health and sharing evidence-based health information. Anna runs a special GP clinic with a focus on healthy lifestyle practices and disease prevention. The ‘Healthy Habits Clinic’ aims to provide evidence-based advice on exercise, nutrition, sleep, and mental wellbeing.
Anna delivers a weekly segment on Ipswich community radio sharing health tips.
